Palumbo Superyachts Marseille has successfully completed a range of refit work on the 73 metre Lürssen superyacht Titania on time and on budget.
The yacht, which was delivered in 2006, arrived at the yard ahead of the 2019-2020 Caribbean season for maintenance work lead by project manager Luca Delahaye.
The work was split into two phases. The first phase lasted 10 days and included the dry docking of the boat before work on the rudders, stabilisers and hull began.
The second phase included interior work, specifically the entire reconstruction of the suspended ceiling in the dining room.
The job took 18 days and include the complete disassembling of the original framing. This was then replaced an a completely new set of ceiling panels installed. Additional work included interior carpentry as well as mechanical and electrical work.
All work was undertaken with the “same love of prevision and attention to detail that go into the creation of Palumbo’s new builds”, the yard said, and was finished on time and on budget.
