Turquoise Yachts and Luiz de Basto have teamed up to unveil Project Nautilus. Revealed last year at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show, Project Nautilus is a 62 metre go-anywhere explorer sporting a masculine profile matched with luxurious living quarters.
Offering 1,305GT of interior volume, Project Nautilus can accommodate up to 12 people across six staterooms with onboard features and accessories to entertain all, including a beach club complete with fold-down balconies, a fully equipped gym and a sauna.
The owner’s stateroom resides on the upper deck and benefits from two fixed sea terraces and superior 270-degree sea views thanks to angular space-age windows. The remaining guest accommodation can be found below and includes a full-size cinema that can be converted into a seventh guest cabin.
The bright social spaces, also penned by DeBasto Designs, are contemporary with a neutral colour palette running throughout. Key features including a wrap-around living room, coffee-come-cocktail bar and vast outdoor seating.
Project Nautilus boasts a powerful top speed of 16.5 knots and a transatlantic range of 7,500 nautical miles. Designed for serious exploration, the foredeck is dedicated to tender storage with two integrated cranes for launch and recovery, with a touch-and-go helipad at the bow.
