An entity affiliated with current Sunseeker stakeholder Dalian Wanda Group has reportedly agreed to sell British yacht builder Sunseeker International to Florida-based investment firm Lionheart Capital.
Reporting by Bloomberg claims that the Chinese conglomerate and Miami-headquartered Lionheart have entered into a "so-called sale and purchase agreement". The transaction would be subject to British regulatory approval, but could allegedly close as early as next month (May 2024).
